1. Information we process

Pinky may process the following information:

• email address and purchaser or subscriber name;
• plan, price, currency, order ID, subscription ID, and payment status;
• license ID, license status, expiry date, and related activation records;
• Discord user ID and license-role connection status when you choose to connect Discord;
• hashed device, session, and license identifiers used for access control;
• technical request information such as IP address, browser or app version, timestamps, and security logs;
• messages and information supplied in support or refund requests.

2. Why we use this information

Information is used to:

• complete purchases and recurring subscriptions;
• issue, validate, extend, suspend, or delete license access;
• send license keys, receipts, subscription-management links, and service messages;
• prevent duplicate issuance, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized concurrent use;
• respond to support, cancellation, privacy, and refund requests;
• maintain security, reliability, accounting, and legal records.

3. Payment information

Complete payment-card and bank-login details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Pinky normally receives only identifiers and status information needed to confirm the transaction, manage the subscription, and provide the license.

4. Service providers

Pinky may use the following providers:

• Cloudflare for website delivery, Worker execution, security, and database services;
• PayPal and/or Paddle for payment and subscription processing;
• Pinky License Core on Cloudflare for license creation and validation;
• Resend for transactional email delivery;
• Discord for optional account linking and subscriber-role access.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and may process data in countries other than yours.

5. Retention

Purchase, subscription, accounting, fraud-prevention, and license records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Temporary session records are retained for shorter periods.

6. Security

Pinky uses access controls, HTTPS, restricted secrets, hashed local identifiers, and service-provider security features. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable measures are used to reduce unauthorized access and disclosure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about the handling of your personal data. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud.

8. Children

Pinky is not directed to children who are unable to enter a valid digital-services agreement under the laws that apply to them.

This policy may be updated when the product, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
