Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Pinky software licenses and subscriptions.

1. Product and license

Pinky is downloadable Windows desktop software provided through a digital license key. A purchase grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Pinky during the applicable paid license period.

The license key remains the property of Pinky. It may not be sold, shared, sublicensed, published, transferred, or used to provide unauthorized access to another person.

2. Plans and automatic renewal

Pinky may offer weekly, monthly, annual, or other clearly described plans. A recurring plan renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until it is cancelled.

A successful first payment creates a Pinky license key. Each later successful renewal normally extends that same key. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-method availability may vary by location and payment provider.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout, which may include PayPal, Paddle, or another approved provider. Pinky does not receive or store your complete card number, card security code, or online-banking credentials.

A license is issued or extended only after Pinky receives reliable confirmation that the applicable payment has completed.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel future automatic renewals through the subscription management method provided at checkout or by contacting support@pinkylicense.loan. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund a payment that has already completed.

Unless a refund is approved, access continues until the end of the already-paid period. A failed or reversed payment may disable access immediately.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • circumvent licensing, access-control, or concurrency restrictions;
  • share, resell, rent, or publish a license key;
  • reverse engineer or modify Pinky except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • use Pinky for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity;
  • interfere with Pinky servers, payment systems, or license validation.

6. Availability, updates, and support

Pinky may receive fixes, security changes, compatibility updates, and interface changes. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network failures, payment-provider outages, or security incidents.

7. Suspension and termination

Pinky may suspend or terminate access when a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, overdue, or when these terms are materially violated.

8. Liability and legal rights

Pinky is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, payment, or security changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
